The Soul Strength Philosophy

Soul Strength VT is rooted in the idea that mental and physical health form one, integrated system. Our approach draws from fields of Behavioral Medicine, Health Sciences, Mind-Body Research, and Trauma-Informed Care. We believe:

  • Every person deserves a space to feel safe, seen and supported

Soul Strength VT is now offering movement groups, workshops and individual counseling grounded in the belief that mind and body are deeply interconnected. Our services are designed for every body- from those experiencing increased stress or burnout, to those navigating chronic health challenges, to anyone simply seeking a more grounded and empowered way to care for themselves.
