Current Offerings

Oh hey, 2026! Soul Strength Groups are Evolving!  We will now offer two levels of adult cycling groups (plus a teen mixed movement group).

  • RESILIENCE RIDE (Drop In Edition)

Got stress? Resilience Ride is a drop-in, indoor cycling group with resilience (aka stress management) skills blended in. Through the integration of movement and mindfulness, groups are designed to help individuals improve mental wellbeing while “on the move”. Each group features movement similar to what you might see in a gym or studio setting.  The difference is, Resilience Ride focuses on physical and mental wellness. Groups feature low-pressure, rhythm-based cycling intervals, breath cues and body awareness prompts, stress-regulation & stress response education, opportunities for reflection and integration.  Groups are 60 minutes total, intentionally ending with 10 minutes of a relaxation exercise. Groups are completely adaptable for ALL fitness levels (especially beginners) and there is zero emphasis placed on body weight, body size or weight loss. Participants leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more connected-not depleted. Sign up for Resilience Ride on the schedule below!

  • CENTERED CYCLING (Cohort Edition)

Similar to Resilience Ride (cycling plus resilience skills), but add in the benefit of a regular cohort, which brings community and connection. This group also dives into specific mindfulness or therapeutic skills a little deeper, introducing them and discussing them as a group to get us started. There are more prompts and opportunities to connect than the Resilience Ride. Groups are intentionally small- with no more than 7 members at any time ensuring an experience where everyone can learn, grow and leave with a tangible skill to bring into the world. Groups are completely adaptable for ALL fitness levels (especially beginners) and there is zero emphasis placed on body weight, body size or weight loss. Centered Cycling groups are designed to be attended with more regularity to form group cohesion (rather than the Resilience Ride, which is drop in format), and are 75 minutes total. Group members may join anytime they like, and likewise, may discontinue group whenever they are ready. Payment occurs every 4 groups. Centered Cycling will aim to begin in Feb/March 2026, Day and Time TBD. Contact Kate directly with questions or interest in joining Centered Cycling!

  • SPIN & SPILL (Teen Edition)

Spin and Spill is a movement meets mental wellness support group for teens ages 14-18. Similar to Resilience Ride and Centered Cycling, we learn mindfulness and other therapeutic skills designed to help us manage stress, improve mood, decrease anxiety and build up self-esteem…. while on the move! Spin & Spill does vary slightly, in that movement may consist of indoor cycling, aerobic and strength building exercises. Additionally, we focus a little more on talking and connecting with peers through group discussion usually at the beginning to get us started. Groups are intentionally small- with no more than 7 members at any time ensuring an experience where everyone can learn, grow and leave with a tangible skill to bring into the world. With that in mind, these groups are designed to be attended with more regularity to form group cohesion. Group members may join anytime they like, and likewise, may discontinue group whenever they are ready. Payment occurs every 4 groups. Spin & Spill will aim to begin early 2026, Day and Time TBD.
